If you purchased Sonus Networks, Inc. ("Sonus") Common Stock During the Period From December 11, 2000 through January 16, 2002, Inclusive, ("Settlement Class Period") and Were Damaged Thereby, You May Be Eligible to Share in a $9.5 Million Settlement With the Defendants.

IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES

Settlement
Fairness Hearing:
June 16, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at the United States District Court for
the District of Massachusetts, John Joseph Moakley U.S. Courthouse, 1
Courthouse Way, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, Courtroom 10 (fifth floor).

The following is a list of acceptable documentation, which supports your trading history, and must be included when filing your Proof of Claim:

  • Monthly stock brokerage or investment account statements (reflecting your opening and closing balances for the months specified on the Proof of Claim Form);

  • Trade confirmation slips (reflecting purchase and sale transactions);

  • Signed letter from your broker or brokerage firm (on company letterhead) verifying the transactional information you are providing;

  • Deposit or escrow receipt showing your holdings;

  • Other satisfactory proof confirming the particulars of each purchase, sale and/or holding between December 11, 2000 through January 16, 2002, Inclusive.
